I don’t want my clients seeing my schedule, what do I do?
There are several great features with our software that allow you to control your schedule, for starters you can turn online scheduling on or off. If you decide you don’t want to provide online scheduling, clients can still create accounts and provide you with valuable contact information as well as submit a request based solely on your hours of operation. You will receive an email or text message with the request a and way to contact them. Giving you complete control.

How does the online scheduling work?
We have created a very easy to use system that provides you with flexibility, control and convenience. A massage therapist created this system so every step is developed with your needs in mind.
- You control your hours of operation
- You set your services and how much time to block out for each. For example, a one hour massage is 60 minutes, you can also choose to add a 15, or 30 minute gap between appointments to reset the table and account for unexpected delays. If you chose a 30 minute reset the system would block out 90 minutes for a one hour massage.
- You can even determine if clients can view todays schedule and book on the same day appointments or not.
Once you’ve set those parameters, clients can create an account on your website, find a time that works best for them and submit a request. You are then notified and are able to accept, deny or alter the request. Once you've done so, the client is automatically notified. They will even receive an automated reminder the day prior.
